i bought a package of these the other day and they are pretty tasty but i feel i could make my own and add stuff to make them better at home im just not sure how to do it. the only ingriedients are rice flour, chestnut flour and water.

so would i just mix it all up together with just enough water to make it a dough and then spread it on a pan and bake?

I doubt it. I know some gluten-free crackers or flatbreads are made by cooking one starch with water into a paste, then adding another starch to give the dough a workable texture.
