Totally primal workout today :)
I spent the day moving bricks, digging holes, and shoveling rocks back and forth. We are starting to put in a backyard although hubby works nights and sleeps during the day...so I have done it by myself the last couple of days till he is off again.
Every muscle in my body is getting a good workout these days . Also about to take a 2 mile stroll to the Redbox to check out a movie. I'm feeling the Grok love right now lol!
I've always loved those types of workouts more than the "traditional workout". That sounds like some great activity. Good luck on getting everything setup!
