    Need pro-cholesterol pamphlet material.

    Primal Fuel
Been invited to a statin commercial at work. Big-wigs, doctors, salesmen will all be there. I need some truthiness to bring, perhaps I'll just quietly hand out pamphlets. I need excerpts from studies that show high cholesterol is linked to longer life and better health, and shows low cholesterol associated with degenerative disease. Time to make our voices heard! I'm doing this, please help!

There's always Peter Attia's blogs about cholesterol that link to a bunch of great studies. You could just print those out and if people are interested, they will go to his site to find the study links.

I like her approach. In one of her posts re cholesterol, she made the important point that LDL didn't evolve to kill us -- which implies two things to me:

    1. what is the "elevated" value (by whatever definition you choose) a symptom of? what's the real problem?
2, what collateral damage are we doing to the body when we suppress that response?

Go to this blog and search on statins or cholesterol. There's a huge archive of abstracts.
