    I just bought a Mexican Coke which I plan to drink tomorrow. I ate very little white sugar in the 2000s to no effect.

    It's because of all of the filtered blood we're drinking.
    Disclaimer: I eat 'meat and vegetables' ala Primal, although I don't agree with the carb curve. I like Perfect Health Diet and WAPF Lactofermentation a lot.

    I made cakes for a friend's wedding the other week, so I have some leftover sugar lying around from that. Otherwise, sugar only makes it into my house in the form of dark chocolate or occasionally ice cream.

    I eat lots of blood in my steak.
    Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
