Well, many here practice various IF protocols on a primal diet. Actually, IF is itself quite primal and probably more natural than constantly being busy eating and digesting throughout the day every single day ...

They often suit each other nicely. Comfortable fasting can be a weather vane for overall nutrition/health.

Primal alone word well for me. Reducing my eating window (usually skipping breakfast) made the fat pour off.

I also only take supplements during the eating window. Gives my liver and kidneys a rest from them too.

Do IF every day for almost a year now
Wouldn't change back if you paid me

    Love it.

I actually extend the fast until dinner - so eat from 5-10pm every day

    Cheers

Yes, I have been skipping breakfast.
Eating plenty at lunch and dinner and one or two snacks in between.
Seem to be putting on a little muscle doing this.

Yes many people incorporate fasts of various lengths. Sometimes it is intentional, other times it just doesn't occur to you to eat.
