    Doesn't sound ideal if you actually need to do anything "fitness" orientated at the photo shoot, ok if you just need to stand there and look lean though I guess.

    I would assume, since this is a photo shoot, she'd be fine hobbling in on crutches. :P
    Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
