    Serenity, I was easily fitting in the 100-150 g range with 3 pieces of fruit a day: 1 apple, 1 grapefruit and 6 oz blackberries, plus I had an avocado with lunch as a dressing for my salad. My veggies were all non-starchy, like cabbages and cucumbers. So, I think if you want 100-150 range, your strategy will work just perfect!

    Yakes, a hungry day yesterday after lifting, so unfortunately, I could not keep up with the low carb count. Not to mention I consumed some 2000 cals. Will be trying to keep lower today, <1000 cals juicing day, and on the lower side for carbs.

    22 May 2013: Planned: 83 g Total, 30 g fiber Actual: 83/24
    23 May 2013: Approximate: 90/22
    24 May 2013: Approximate: 100/12
    25-26 May: Weekend, not counted, weight: 132.3 (no change)
    May 27 2013: Approximate: 85/17
    May 28 2013: Actual: 140/32
    May 29 2013: Planned 60/13

    Zut, carb binge after lifting again. I think I just conditioned myself to eat carbs after lifting. Arg.
