Help me tweak my natural brownie recipe to be more Primal....

so this one I make is quite good and natural but not 100% Paleo - what can I change?

    1 cup Garbanzo Beans
    10 Dates
    1/2 Avocado
    3/4 cup raw honey
    1/4 cup greek yogurt
    1 tbsp coconut oil
56 grams melted 100% Ghirardelli Cacao
    1/2 cup unsweetened Cacao Powder
    1/2 cup wheat flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    4 eggs
    1/8 tsp cinnamon
Carob chips unsweetened (sprinkled on top)

Replace the wheat flour with 1 fl oz sweet rice flour and 3 fl oz white rice flour. Replace the carob chips with chocolate chips.

You could replace the garbanzo beans with the same mix, but I'm not going to attempt this recipe to see how much rice flour and water are needed.

I don't try to make all natural brownies containing a slew of ingredients nobody puts in brownies. It's a treat. I just deglutinize them by subbing out the wheat flour and cutting way back on the sweetening.

    Chocolate chips?

Aren't they all semi sweet or sweetened?

I don't see a health advantage in carob over chocolate. Look at all the sugar you're putting in those brownies already. Yeah, dates and honey are sugar. Carob chips have added vegetable fat. Often it is hydrogenated. Without it carob is a brown powder that looks and tastes like dirt.

If you don't want to eat carbs, don't eat carbs. Don't eat any treats at all. This recipe is packed full of carbs no matter what you do with it.

What is mostly fiber/carbs? Dates? Honey? Wheat flour? Garbanzo beans?
