I work out at home so I'm not going to pass it on to anyone. I hate to miss a workout, yet my sore throat and tired body begs to differ.

Push through and get it done or wait and rest? Will I make it worse if I workout? ( 20 min Sprint 8 style)

If it just a cold then working out is fine and actually helps me.

If it is the flu, tired body etc.. then working out is going to destroy you for a few days. Eat well, rest and you should be better in no time.

I usually work on a 'warm up and stretch, then see how I feel, basis'. If I'm ok to train I'll generally feel fine by the time I've warmed up. If I don't, then I figure I should probably rest...and at least I've done a little bit of activity.

Thanks! I did a 14 min full body workout and feel better than when I started. Glad I did it. Now for some bone broth and other good stuff for my body.
