i can't bring it back,

my fight is gone,

been eating ice cream and pizza and totally pigging out, a ton of sugar,

i've lost 40% of my strength over the last month,

been meaning to get back to squatting with a 6 week 20 rep abbreviated program from super squats,

but i don't know how to shock the system back into life,

maybe the fasting for a day to reset the brain
