    Preach it!

I had 2 tablespoons of butter with dinner last night and thought "why isn't everyone doing this?" 5 strips of bacon with two eggs fried in coconut ghee this morning and thought the same.
    Strive for healthy today.

Satisfaction is the death of desire.

there is a 'what did you eat for breakfast" thread just a few inches down... no need to start a million new threads.

Well maybe not... looks like that one was made a few months ago. At any rate it wasn't on the front page when I posted this so don't be a killjoy. At any rate it's not the same thread, I wasn't asking anyone what they had to eat, I was just telling everyone how I felt about MY breakfast

I had chicken salad this morning and a caesar salad.

I am going to be posting over here now, witch the joys of how primal is. The other website I belong to has too many right wingers, LOL and they are all bashing me because they are all CW thinking people.

Sorry if I sounded like a meanie mav... - sorry if I killed your excitement too. Just don't want to see a hundred different threads about the same thing like the Vibram Fivefingers. For people that use forums a lot, it's a pet peeve... also people who start a thread asking a FAQ and don't use the search function. I know that most people don't know those rules... they are the unspoken kind. Uh oh! Thunderstorm time at my house!

Is there a rules/etiquette FAQ? The only one that I saw was a forum instruction manual on how it literally worked. I didn't see any fitness or nutrition FAQs as far as topics go.

The search function doesn't work sometimes. I don't know why people get so bent out of shape about new threads on the same subject. Honestly even if you don't want to read it, other people do, and there are no 'rules' about this kind of thing.. Mark is a very relaxed kind of guy, I'm sure he likes his forum being that way too.
