I started my quest for health back in 2008 when weighing 243lb, I'm 5.10. Since that time I have had peaks and troughs; current weight 186.2. where I seem to be stuck. My body seems to be telling me that the next issue I need to deal with is Red Wine. On average 3/5 glasses a day, after that it's cheese and crackers 3 times a week.
