    I have to second Minxxa. I'm in Austin and cutting out grains is tough when the town is 95% Mexican restaurants!

    Get the book, make a good start then see what works for you.

    How much fat are you eating? On the days you feel like garbage - and indeed every day - EAT MORE FAT.
    Primal eating in a nutshell: If you are hungry, eat Primal food until you are satisfied (not stuffed). Then stop. Wait until you're hungry again. Repeat.

    I did forget to say that when I do eat breakfast it's a 2 egg omelet made with cream and spinach and cheese. But yes, although I'm eating a lot of veggies with good variety, obviously not eating enough. But when I'm full I'm full and it doesn't take much to get me full so I guess I just have to work on ratios more diligently.
