Had my friends round earlier and made them an amazing (if I do say so myself) antipasti table - olives, sun dried toms, cherry toms, peppadew peppers, raw peppers, mixed leaf salad, proscuttio, chorizo, grapes, dates, prunes, various olive oils, chili peppers, and about five different kinds of cheese, and strawberries. They looked like they had died and gone to heaven. I made them watch Blue Crush, and despite their manly protestations I know they loved it. Then I went for a run in my vibrams, my first run this year, along the river with my fiancee. We were out about 90 mins all in all. It was fab. Now resting with my feet up and a cheeky glass of prosecco. Sausages and salad for dinner later.
