I have a really bad spinach habit. It wiLl ruin me. Unfortunately my duaghter seems to have developed it too. She had a mega tantrum the other night when she got home froM her swimming lesson to find that her dinner did not contain spinach. I was a bit flummoxed tbh. She is pretty much allowed unlimited dark chocolate and ice cream (because I honestly think these are not bad for a skinny, active 5 year old) and yet here she is kicking and screaming because I forgot to get spinach.
Anyway, in more or less order of preference (most important to least important):
Raw mature cheDdar
Dark chocolate with hazlenuts
Wild slamon with the skin on
Eggs, bananas and ground beef. I even eat ground beef and bananas stir fried together sometimes.
That's funny... I've been having a carrot salad every day for about a week now and I now look forward to it!
