You think so? Maybe that's why I'm tired... I also spent the last two days spring cleaning!!!

Oh, I just made up the term handstand press-ups I can't do a handstand unsupported, so my legs are against the wall and I used them to push my body back and forth from the wall. SO it kind of felt like press up with my legs, ha. Felt good on the abs actually.
I normally do 6 x 100 metre sprints with a generous walk off in between. I have no idea how quick I do it cos' I run in the park, between two trees.
And I didn't try the vid! I started it, but I just hate doing a workout to a video in my living room... What have you replaced it with?
"I think the basic anti-aging diet is also the best diet for prevention and treatment of diabetes, scleroderma, and the various "connective tissue diseases." This would emphasize high protein, low unsaturated fats, low iron, and high antioxidant consumption, with a moderate or low starch consumption.
In practice, this means that a major part of the diet should be milk, cheese, eggs, shellfish, fruits and coconut oil, with vitamin E and salt as the safest supplements."
