That park looks amazing! There's a park about 15mins (driving) from my house that has a little obstacle course thing that's similar to what you posted. I might go there tomorrow if I can! No one ever wants to go to the park and just play. lol

1 mile sprint, 5:25. Pull-Ups: 2 unassisted, 1 cheated! Did a handstand, supported by the wall and did 3 baby push-ups on my hands.

Adduction: 145lbs x 10; 165lbs x 8
Bent-over Row: 25lbs x 10; 25lbs x 8
Bicep Curls: 30lbs x 10; 40lbs x 8
Serenity, I go all the time! It's actually a large, old growth forest that they've protected and have paved trails through. Along the perimeter there are beaches, park areas, and a zoo! I took pics today. Crappy phone photos, sorry.

So I jogged a bit but was way too tired. Came home and did some push ups, leg lifts, headstands. I need to get more sleep, plus it's super hot out today.
