    Honestly, if you don't want to eat the food and then have to deal with people questioning you, I just would not go. Call in sick, feign illness or have water.

    Thanks again all - wise words. I'm going for sure, I only see the colleague that's coming for lunch twice a year as she works from home. Though only having water would really get them taking, hehe!
