    Nice! Though there are some culinary mucky mucks that poo poo the idea of fish and cheese together, that looks lovely! Mushrooms (awesome), seafood (awesome-r), and cheese (awesome-st) - it's primal bar food at its finest.

    Looks lovely. I adore fish in cheesey sauces. But I wouldn't want to use almond flour - perhaps a little mashed white potato? Will definitely be experimenting with this one. And perhaps using fewer but larger mushrooms...

    Those do look fantastic! I would omit the almond flour as well. I imagine the cream cheese would hold it together nicely
