Hi all -

My name is Caitlyn (but I sign my posts Wngdwolf). I'm in Burbank, California (in the NW LA area). I would like to met fellow Primal enthusiasts, so please drop me a line - especially if you're in this area. I was raised with a lot of the Primal ideas, and have basically been living these principles for years - so YES my health is really excellent!

My stumbling blocks though are staying away from grains, coffee and sugars and not exercising enough. I'm maintaining a 65 pound weight loss, but alas - I have about 40 more to go. Still, lots of progress!
