The "Seven Deadly Sins"
• Grains (wheat/rice/oats etc) . . . . . • Dairy (milk/yogurt/butter/cheese etc) . . . . .• Nightshades (peppers/tomato/eggplant etc)
• Tubers (potato/arrowroot etc) . . . • Modernly palatable (cashews/olives etc) . . . • Refined foods (salt/sugars etc )
• Legumes (soy/beans/peas etc)
Eggs
Bacon
Whatever veggies look good.
Almonds to munch on at work.
Usually some fruit.
Restock any spices I may have run out of.
A nice big steak.
Chicken.
Pork or fish depending on my mood.
Oils that I may be out of (olive, coconut, etc)
This is just the weekly stuff. I'm sure there's other things I don't buy every week that I'm forgetting.

I rarely have time to get fancy with food or exploring too many new meals, so I usually go with a few standby's.
Lots of eggs
Bacon
Tons of frozen broccoli and broccoli mixes
bags and bags of spinach
apples
almonds
butter
meat, meat, and more meat
tomatoes
avacados
whatever other fruits and veggies that look particularly good that week
^that's pretty much my list. i just go auto-pilot most of the time now.
offal is cheap
Mine is usually:
Raw nuts (I usually do almonds and cashews)
Meat (ground beef, ground bison, pork and/or beef stir fry)
Avocados (I usually buy 6-8 per week)
Berries (mostly blackberries & strawberries since are cheap now)
Organic 505 salsa
Brown cage free eggs
Bacon (sugar free)
Broccoli & cauliflower
Baby Carrots
Organic coffee beans
unsweetened tea
organic tomato paste (for primal meatloaf)
bell peppers of various colors
jalapenos
natural pork sausage
gallons of drinking water
onions & tomoatoes
and although not entirely primal:
organic cream cheese
various other cheeses
I need to start eating more vegetables.
