    Foodgasms

Oh my god. Oh my god.

Heavy whipping cream from pasture-raised cows. Oh my god.

    Never going back.

    Ever.

Feel free to add your foodgasms below.

I'd light up now, but I don't really smoke.

I consider myself a fairly good cook but I just love a tin of cheap sardines in tomato sauce tipped into a bowl and smothered in extra virgin olive oil, smashed up a bit then eaten with a spoon when I'm starving.

A burger - and I'm learning to like them fattier. Mash some avocado on top and either chopped tomatoes or salsa. Sour cream and salsa is also good. Honestly 99 times out of 100, I'd choose a good burger over a steak. I'm pedestrian that way.

Who says back fat is a bad thing? Maybe on a hairy guy at the beach, but not on a crab.

Joanie, I've been craving a good juicy burger. Where do you get yours?

I had purchased 30 lbs of NZ grass fed/finished angus flank steaks. They're really delicious, but ground for burgers, they were proving too lean even for me. So I bought some pet burger from US Wellness - it's a combination of fatty ground beef (65/35), ground liver, and ground heart; the organs make up 10% of total weight. So now, I'm doing a 5:1 or 4:1 mix of ground flank steak and pet burger. Yum.

As a note, if you're a first time US Wellness customer, google "US Wellness coupon code" before you purchase to help take the bite out of their prices. I think SPRING13 will work until May 31st. Once you're a customer, they'll send you codes as they create them.

Oh, and I grind in the dinkiest of food processors, so no hefty equipment required.

    tasty cheddar
    tomatoes
    beetroot
    cos lettuce 'buns'
