    For a foodgasm? Technically, no.

I love breakfast any time of the day, and I really love fried eggs with runny yolks that I can smash all over some bacon with avocado and tomato. Y-um.

    One of my favorite combos!
I made a bacon, avocado, and tomato omelette today(fresh duck eggs)... sploshed with a couple of good dabs of mexican crema.
    Soooooooooo good!

And yes, it's good for any meal.

I had purchased 30 lbs of NZ grass fed/finished angus flank steaks. They're really delicious, but ground for burgers, they were proving too lean even for me. So I bought some pet burger from US Wellness - it's a combination of fatty ground beef (65/35), ground liver, and ground heart; the organs make up 10% of total weight. So now, I'm doing a 5:1 or 4:1 mix of ground flank steak and pet burger. Yum.

As a note, if you're a first time US Wellness customer, google "US Wellness coupon code" before you purchase to help take the bite out of their prices. I think SPRING13 will work until May 31st. Once you're a customer, they'll send you codes as they create them.

Oh, and I grind in the dinkiest of food processors, so no hefty equipment required.

I love a burger topped with aioli, a fried egg and kimchi.

Oh dear... a burger with an egg, avocado and bacon would probably be amazing.

Mashed turnip with LOTS of pepper and 25-50g of salted kerrygold slowly melting in. Mmmm!

Also, making "lamb cracklings" out of NZ chump chop fat.
    That's fabulous.

Lynna, foie gras is too good. Foie gras with some grapes on the side. Some wine...

I found a restaurant just about a block from my new house that serves kangaroo tartare. Oh, that was yummy.
