Primal Journal (rmw421)
Tomorrow, May 12th, I'm starting my 30-day Primal Blueprint challenge. Recently my brother introduced me to Mark's Daily Apple and PB after he lost 35 pounds. I did a trial period over a month ago. In 2 weeks, I lost 8 pounds and my acne all but virtually disappeared. Due to the end of the semester and starting a new job, I did not stick with primal, but I truly loved the results. I'm back with the tools to succeed and am ready to reprogram my genes.
I'm hoping to use this journal as a place to track my diet, exercise, weight, feelings and any other musings.
