Funnily, I lost 2lbs overnight after my refeed. Gym later. Will have to walk there as my wife has the car today. 40 minutes each way.
That refeed day certainly was of benefit. Down to 247 lbs from 251.6 since the refeed last Tuesday. I can see myself extending beyond 4 weeks. Absolutely love it.
Tonight's dinner was a struggle to get down. Would kill for a juicy steak right now...
