gfsfme journal toward health
Three weeks into primal and I am feeling so much better. My allergy symptoms have decreased so much. Able to smell and taste for the first time in years. So happy. Food cravings are gone. Seems like now that I have my sense of smell and sense of taste back it is easier to be satisfied. Anyway going to post meals on my journal and exercise. Walking almost daily. Using primal fitness as my guide.
Eggs with mixed berries and coffee with creamer.
Lunch: ground turkey and mixed veggie stir fry.
Supper: ribs and a BAS with olive oil and balsamic vinegar dressing.
Snacks: if hungry organic unsweetened coconut flakes.
Walk for one hour at a moderate pace!
Finally a lifestyle I feel I can maintain without difficulty!!!
