Hi everyone. Do any of you have a quickish recipe for corned beef as I quite like the idea of making my own rather than using shop bought stuff?
How much it tastes like corned beef depends on how long it is cured. I made an old-fashioned grey cure (salt only) corned beef once that took 2 weeks and had incredible flavor.

Who says back fat is a bad thing? Maybe on a hairy guy at the beach, but not on a crab.
