I've been reading MDA and TPB for nearly a year now, but have yet to transition into actually living the primal lifestyle. This is mostly due to me *still* living at home and not having control over the groceries coming into the house (that's what my mother does, bless her heart). Once I move out in the next 3-4 months, I'm hoping that I can dive right into the primal world. Colour me excited.
