Mini-Mil, however, looks very interesting as I use shoes that has the similar look. And they aren't thick on the sole, either? They look kinda bulky :P

The pair I have, I got on the clearance rack, so I'm pretty sure they are discontinued.

Anyway, these are thin shoes, meant to be worn sans socks. The shoes I have do have Vibram soles (the same Vibram that is famous for the Five Finger toe shoes) which I believe helps tremendously with the gripping, something about the way Vibram designs the soles. I got these shoes at REI, and they are quite comfortable. Being an owner of Vibram Five Fingers, I can honestly say that these shoes give the same feel as the toe shoes. Since they are thin, I am essentially using all of my foot's joints and muscles, just as I would if I were going barefoot. Think of it like wearing a thick, skin tight sock, or something. Ask the shoe section employees at REI, they'll tell you all about 'em.

I bet you can find a more modest pair as far as color goes, too!
They really look nice, and it would be awesome to get a pair for the summer, but as far as work goes, the colors are too..."nice" haha! No, but had they been black or dark blue, I would've bought them right away

I recently bought a pair of Inov-8's. they have several barefoot shoes that look relatively normal. They are not terribly expensive if you get them off amazon.
