I eat two meals a day, very little snacking...
And what kind of carbs should I eat? Fruit=sugar???
This will be new for me, I don't eat a lot of carbs as is..

this happened to me too when I first went primal. VERY low carb doesn't suit me at all. I have tried carrots, sweet potato etc but what makes all the difference to my day is some form of potato with my first meal - it's hash browns usually. I won't specifically eat carbs again during the day after that but without it I just feel pooped ! took me a while to work out where to put the carbs and which kind - I wasn't particularly a spud fan previously - but it has worked a treat for me - enjoy !!
The recommendation is actually .7 to 1 gram of protein per pound of lean body mass. My god, 3g/# for me would be like 500g protein...

A few weeks ago I was playing with my macros in an effort to reduce body fat. I kept my carbs around 50 and I was just dragging! I upped it to what my body seemed satisfied with and most days I come in around 65-80. I have plenty of energy, feel motivated to work out etc.
I was very surprised that more carbs would be so life changing! And I have continued to lose BF.
