For sure. When I first read PB and started cutting carbs I had no idea what to eat in place of past/rice/wraps/bread. Once I figured out to use salad it's SO easy! I never thought in a million years I would be eating so much spinach and lettuce everyday and actually LOVE it.

I love fruits and veggies, but I wasn't getting enough of them before I went primal. I love my new lifestyle. I enjoy trying new primal food items, too. I have a can of Heart of Palms I'm curious about trying. I also love lettuce wrap "sandwiches".
I don't eat dairy. I don't eat grains. I don't eat legumes or anything related to soy. I don't eat nuts or very many seeds. I don't eat processed food of any kind. I keep my fruit to about 2 servings a day.
If I didn't have tons of vegetables I would go insane.

ive always been a veggie eater with my meals. its how i was raised (thanks mum!!!) if i dont have at least 2-3 veggie of varying colours on my plate...then its just not a meal, hehe
