My Primal Journey
I am in the middle of reading The Primal Blueprint and I am very excited to start my journey. I've already planned my meals for tomorrow and feel that I will enjoy eating primally!
I know it will be a challenge the first few weeks but I know that I will start to see results.
Let's get started!
Today I think I did pretty good. For breakfast I had 3 eggs and two slices of bacon. For lunch I had a steak salad and a hard boiled egg for snack. For dinner I had grilled chicken with salad. I did have a potato roll so shame on me...
Energy-wise I felt pretty good. I know that it will take some getting used to but I'm glad to be able to access different recipes from this forum and from the cookbooks.
Onward and upward!
