I also say push through, maybe replace your snack time with doing something else, but if you are genuinely feeling hungry, first try a glass of water and then if you still feel you need something because you didn't eat enough protein/fat with your meal, then I found a spoon of coconut oil or coconut manna did the trick to just keep my nicely going until the next meal.
Started Primal June 2012 at 148.5lbs, and 5' 1", reached goal weight in 5 months.
