Which dessert for a pot luck?

Can you recommend a dessert that a man like me (primal) can prepare for about 8 people, some of whom are either vegan or vegetarian? I'm thinking some kind of chocolate miked with nuts, melted, stirred together, and pour into small moulds. But I am looking for suggestions. TIA

That's probably the best direction to take. Your palette is basically cocoa, nuts, fruit, and maybe maple or molasses. Banana puree and some nut butters work well if you want to bake something starchy without adding sugar. I'll often decorate small items with a dab of creamed coconut* pressed down with a single nut or piece of dried fruit which seems to impress people a lot more than it should.

Frozen banana blended with some dark chocolate.. Or just simply frozen grapes or strawberries are fine too
