Was on the road to Dallas for 6 hrs yesterday. No true meals, grazed the entire trip. I finished off the whipped heaven ( 1.5 c) and berries (1/4 c blueberries, 1/4 c cherries with pits) before I left. During the ride I had 4 hard cooked eggs, 9 slices bacon, 7-9 handfuls of a trail mix I made, 1/2 c cherries, and 1/2 oz jerky. The trail mix was a mix of almonds, pecans, walnuts, pistachios, raisins, dried cranberries, dates, and dried coconut. 1 handful usually came out to around: 1 almond, 2 walnuts, 4 pistachios, 1 pecan, 1 raisin, 1 cranberry, 1/4 date, 3-4 coconut flakes, which makes it (worst case is 10): 10 almonds, 20 walnuts, 40 pistachios, 10 pecans, 15 raisins, 12 cranberries, 5 dates, 40 coconut flakes. Pretty bad, but it could definitely be worse. My husband was eating my favorite variety of doritos.

It seems rather consistent that I need B and calcium vitamins. I'd say potassium, but 3% a pill isn't worth the trip to the store.
