I sincerely HATE people who think there is a panacea for all that ails you. I truly do. Insufferable knowitalls usually don't and insist on ramming it down your throat anyways if they think they've found a magical cure-all.

Got bacon and eggs? Those are basically the easiest paleo-friendly fukitol dinners, IMO.

I just ate that for breakfast! In a week and a half, I can make that for dinner. Go me!!

Well, I'm feeling better now that I've eaten. Not 100%, because that headache is still there and my fukitol levels are still high, but better than I was. Lunch was leftover cheesy steak fries with ranch, a coupla string cheeses, and leftover prime rib. I think I need to get my eyes checked, my right contact's prescription is definitely off and may be causing my headache centered above my right eye. Do it on next week's payday, I guess.

Dinner was an attempt at a deep dish meatza. I say attempt, because shrinkage made us get creative and turn it into a dense dish meatza.

I sleep in a kind of odd position, but after 3 pregnancies, its the only way I find to be comfortable. Upper body is face down on the bed and then I twist the hips to the right or left depending on my mood and then I just sleep.
