    Lunch was more stoup.
Dinner was a play in shrimp fradiarolla. I took what I knew was in the recipe and tweaked it until it tasted good, then added the squash and shrimp.
Dessert was blackberry whipped cream and grapes.

    Shrimp Paleorolla
serves 2, or one hungry person
    1 head garlic, sliced thin
1 yellow squash, sliced into noodles
1 roasted, marinated red bell pepper, sliced
1 roasted marinated garlic clove, minced
    1 jalapeno, sliced
    1 can crush tomatos
    1/4 olive oil
    1/2 lb 31/40 shrimp
    1/2 small onion
    1 cubic shitton garlic powder
Heat oil, saute garlic and onion until fragrant. Add all but the squash and shrimp, cook until nicely melded and friendly (10-15 min or longer). Add garlic powder to taste (it's a VERY garlicky dish.) Add squash, cook until al dente. Add shrimp, fold into sauce and squash, and cook until the shrimp is done.

And if it didn't start out that way, it is after NK made it.

Hey, hey. Just because no vampires could survive within 20' of me, let alone my home... Besides, garlic is tasty stuff.

    Thanks, Caveman!

We have decided on Facebook that her coworker must be a vampire.

Very tasty! I love garlic. The more the better. I'm allergic to shrimp (booo!!!). I didn't develop my allergy until into my 20s so I distinctly remember how awesome it was. I'd take some Benadryl and try that recipe, though.

Avocado- It should be good with chicken or with eggs poached in it. No need to risk your life to try a recipe. I'm tempted to make it again and try it with soft poached eggs.
Yes, it was a tasty recipe, but it was even better the second day (today) as lunch.
Dinner was seafood and rice noodle soup, at a restaurant with Mentor. As usual, we talked books, but this time she left with an armload to read and return.
