Lunch was more stoup.
Dinner was a play in shrimp fradiarolla. I took what I knew was in the recipe and tweaked it until it tasted good, then added the squash and shrimp.
Dessert was blackberry whipped cream and grapes.
Shrimp Paleorolla
serves 2, or one hungry person
1 head garlic, sliced thin
1 yellow squash, sliced into noodles
1 roasted, marinated red bell pepper, sliced
1 roasted marinated garlic clove, minced
1 jalapeno, sliced
1 can crush tomatos
1/4 olive oil
1/2 lb 31/40 shrimp
1/2 small onion
1 cubic shitton garlic powder
Heat oil, saute garlic and onion until fragrant. Add all but the squash and shrimp, cook until nicely melded and friendly (10-15 min or longer). Add garlic powder to taste (it's a VERY garlicky dish.) Add squash, cook until al dente. Add shrimp, fold into sauce and squash, and cook until the shrimp is done.
