I make a chili similar to your red but I also add Vietnamese fish sauce. Gives it another level of flavor and its good.

American Society of Civil Engineers. It's a professional organization that looks good on a resume and for the PE submittal. It usually comes with a somewhat interesting presentation, if I haven't gathered the info from other sources. The acronym ASCE is usually spelled out or pronounced Ass- Key in conversation.

Geek can't stand the taste of fish, unfortunately, and can taste fsh sauce in anything it's put in. I've added sriracha before, and that was a fun addition.
