There goes the neighborhood. I'm plotting a return...but we have to get moved first. Urgh.

Canio, I AM the real Slim Shady.
Twibble, the neighborhood went to hell the moment you moved in.
    Manda, awwwwww....
WnC, see above. Pino's doing great, if a little shivery right now with the snow.
Quelsen, take the derivative of 1/3r^3 and get back to me.

As to how Primal I am right now:
    1. Eat lots of plants, animals, and insects.

Eh... I'll get back to you on that one. I've slipped on the bread/ grain front, but it's still very easy for me to stay between 75 & 150g carbs. Even with the slippage, I just prefer vegetation to grains now, which is what I was aiming for.

    2. Move around a lot at a slow pace.

I'm an active person, a day without some form of slow movement means I'm sick, dead, or dead tired.

    3. Lift heavy things.

Fitocracy is my friend. Moreover, self designed workouts are my friend.

    4. Run really fast every once in a while.

Uhhh... Only if I'm crossing a street or running with the dog. She's mostly hound/ pointer, so a walk with her always involves at least one full out sprint.

    5. Get lots of sleep.

That's always going to be a problem, but I've gone from 5-6 hrs a night to 6-8, so things are looking up.

    6. Play.

I have a dog, I have a husband, I have the guys, I have Niece. I play frequently.

    7. Get some sunlight every day.

It's winter, so I'm using vit. D and sunscreen

    8. Avoid trauma.

I'm accident prone, and have had a nasty health scare recently, but I'm doing the best I can.

    9. Avoid poisonous things.

See above about the grains. Doing ok, other than that. I've drastically cut back the sugar (winter tends to do that for me), and avoided most other forms of poison.

    10. Use your mind.

I'm an engineer. Mental work isn't optional.

Mostly. I kicked my own ass a little too hard yesterday and I'm feeling it this morning.
