Yeah, we're supposed to get up to damn near 90 today. Walking to lunch. It seems like if it's between 50- 80*F as a high, I need lunch. Anything lower and my body kicks into hibernation mode and I ave to force myself to eat even dinner, anything higher and I kick into my lighter summer eating mode.

Lunch: shopping (moving slowly, didn't get anything), and 3 fried eggs, 4 slices bacon, ranchero sauce, and a taste of the papas fritas (bleah.)
ETA: They apparently used a bad grease on my eggs. My head kinda hurts and the inflammation is apparent.

I love the blog and the new resolutions <3

Today I was looking at my hair and I thought we pretty much got the same hairdo. Great minds think alike

    No more, no less.
I should do one of those. Or at least get the kick-in-the-butt part.

Went in for my brain MRI. It took 3 tries and a blown out vein for them to get a needle in me for the contrast. Go to the doc in the morning for preliminary results.
Meaty- Thought yours was longer than mine still? (See photos.) If not, it's kinda cool that we ended up with the same cut without trying
Twibble- I'll gladly provided that kick in the ass if needed

    GRITTY REBOOT V1.0
    1) Eat Plenty of Animals and Veggies.
Lunch: 3 eggs (in bad grease), 4 slices bacon, ranchero sauce, and 2 tbsp papas fritas (stopped because they were pretty tasteless)
Dinner: 3 catfish fillets, onions, more onions, zuke, carrot, pork rinds, salsa. I love that restaurant.
    2)Move Slowly
    shopping- 1/2 hour
    Yoga- 1/2 hr
    3)Lift Heavy Things
    Yoga?
    Tibetan Five Rites?
    1) 4
    2)6
    3) 4 (how did I get dizzy doing THAT?!)
    4) 4
    5) 7
unless you count my head after MRI. I damn near fell asleep.
    4)Sprint
    Negative
    5) Sleep
    Some, not enough. 6.5 hrs
    6)Play
Mental play at work between assignments, but nothing physical
    7)Get Sun
    5K sun in a pill
    8/9) Avoid Trauma and Poison
Poison yes, trauma no. They had to stab me 4 times to get a vein for the contrast injection for the MRI, including digging for it twice and blowing out a vein. I was NOT a happy Naiad during that. I literally screamed twice.
    10)Use Mind
Fighting EPAnet and trying to find my happy place while he dug in my arm with a needle.
