What's left of a 5 lb gummy bear that a coworker tried to eat in under 2 hrs, plus its spawn. He failed, so he had to provide BBQ for the whole office. Brisket & pulled pork mmm..

That should be the next eating contest: who can get through the most of a 5 lb gummy bear? Zach? Derpaleen? Whadaya say?
Is it weird in here, or is it just me?

You can buy them on Amazon! Do it! There are youtube videos of people eating them (warning: people get sick). I guess there isn't usually a time limit, but if you did a challenge for who could finish it faster (rules: no puking, any beverage you want, knife & fork allowed, no other alterations to the bear [no melting]), that could be fun .

It makes my skin itchy just thinking about it. For some reason eating more than a table spoon gelatin a day makes me itch all over. No rash or anything, only drier skin. Perplexing.

5lb of gummy bears is no problem for me. At least make it challenging, like maybe 10lbs

I'm sure I've already eaten 5lb of them in a single sitting before when I brought a backpack into a shitty movie and the soft, moist texture was the only thing that made the experience palatable

My co-worker said that the toughest thing about the 5 lb one is that his jaw got tired. I think he didn't cut it up small enough. It seems a bit more dense than the little ones.

Zach, have you noticed any effect from the T3 on weight loss?
"I think the basic anti-aging diet is also the best diet for prevention and treatment of diabetes, scleroderma, and the various "connective tissue diseases." This would emphasize high protein, low unsaturated fats, low iron, and high antioxidant consumption, with a moderate or low starch consumption.

In practice, this means that a major part of the diet should be milk, cheese, eggs, shellfish, fruits and coconut oil, with vitamin E and salt as the safest supplements."

I wanted to get one until I saw that it costs $30! Anyway, it probably has HFCS. But all this talk about gummy bears has inspired me to buy some organic non-HFCS ones from Amazon. Are gummy bears even made with gelatin? I don't think they are.

I'm sure there's less gelatin in them now than there used to be, but my brief Googling says they always used some kind of syrup-sugar and pectin too.
