    Two hot yoga classes in two days. Wow, my body is aching! But I woke up today with only slight pain in my neck/shoulder/arm/hand. Wow!

    Class was brutal today. I need a skimpy sports bra to go with my short shorts. Not a clingy, "dri-fit" Nike shirt. Dear god, it was way too hot! But I fucking did it!

    My tentative post workout meal tomorrow...
    1 12"? Homemade pizza with 3+ cheeses, heavy on the cheese...
    3 caramel cinnamon rolls, i picked up six at a famous donut place today, ate 3 already though.
    32-64oz chocolate milk + gelatin and mad maple syurp
    1-2 pints of ice cream
    Random fruit, cheese and chocolate, maybe other stuff, who knows.

    Oh and starting monday im going to fully commit to my super awesome super diet, so i will try posting a bit more to help track what im doing.

    Yep soon. Im doing a writup for something and want the after pics to be dramatic, right now there is not as much difference from the ab shot since i have only lost a few lbs and out on muscle. Starting monday i will full bore my diet and lean out as much as i can. I also want more muscle so i need a bit more time.

    Are you hitting up the junk food diet again? I find in the summer it's hard to even eat, which sucks, and I usually just drink all my calories and eat too much really water dense fruit.
