    Yea, better functioning thyroid! High bodytemp specifically seems to shed excess water weight. Salt is not the culprit though, keep getting a good amount of sodium daily, it should only help with bloat, thyroid, temp, yadda yadda yadda.

    Not particularly. I'm just constantly fearful that anything and everything contributes to the bloat. Sometimes my cheeks seem puffy but I'm not sure the cause.
    Is it weird in here, or is it just me?

    Milk, cheese, chocolate, ice cream, fruit, eggs, gelatin, salt, cinnamon, maple syrup. Pretty much it.

    Zach, what do you feel about alcohol - as part of a healthy diet and also as part of a diet to raise the thyroid/metabolism. I find drinking even a little with friends are the times I feel 100 percent completely stress free.

    Yep, i think alcohol, tobacco, marijuana and some psychedelics are all useful. I only use alcohol and tobacco 99% of the time and usually very little, but it helps a ton.
