Yea yolks are only 50 calories and have a ton of selenium, retinol, b12, choline, sulfur and more. A white is like 30 cal and only really has protein.
Zach, what do you think about consuming PUFA oils once in a while, say out at a restaurant every few weeks or so. Just went to a Mexican restaurant and am pretty sure my whole meal was cooked with PUFA. Sucks since I've been avoiding it for weeks now.
Its unavoidable dude. In that situation its better to forget about it, eat your face off and enjoy. Have a few beers while your at it.

Health effects are whatever you perceive them to be. It takes years of that crap food to make people sick. One meal a week wont have sny physical effect as long as you are otherwise healthy. Its all mental.
