My main suggestion out of all this is to eat more food! I understand this is hard for you in your current financial situation. I would suggest you go with the big three carb sources of white rice, potatoes and bananas. These are very cheap and filling. Try to get in several servings a day of them. Potatoes and rice you can cook up a huge batch and then just eat throughout the week. Also whenever you get a chance, just make to serving sizes bigger. I cant stress this enough for a young male, you need calories.

The bloating disappearing is a great sign. You might want to drop the HCL/enzymes after awhile and see if that has any effect. If bloating and digestion stay ok then you can use that money to buy food instead. I agree, a cheap masticating juicer would do wonders for you, $50 on amazon is pretty cheap so i suggest you save up for one and stop buying the store stuff for the most part.

Energy coming up is also a great sign. No doubt the carbs are working better then fat. As for the meat issue, i have no idea about england but do you have any local farmers you could buy from? Also eggs and shellfish might be cheaper sources of dense nutrients. I know you dont like eggs but man, you can make em so many ways!

Never TMI in this thread, increased libido and ejaculation is probably the best signal for a man that you are doing the right thing. Testosterone is rising! I highly suggest to start taking the time for more exercise, esp since you have so much free time. Go more more walks in the woods, pick up rocks and tree trunks if you have to but do something strenuous. Also get as much sun and fresh air as humanly possible.

As for your ance issues, i admit i have very little knowledge on this subject because i have never had this problem. I would guess since its always in the same area and has been chronic that is has to do with hormones more then sensitivities or hygiene. My only suggestion would be to follow the above of eat more calories, get more exercise, sun and fresh air and try to keep stress as low as possible. Stay busy, become a child of nature, be productive. Also, have you ever tried washing your face with just baking soda? Its all i wash with and it cleans the pores amazingly. Afterword while my face is still wet i use a homemade lotion of coconut oil, shea butter, honey, vitamin e and aloe. You could try something similar. Usually soaps and store bought lotions just make skin worse.
    Thanks for your reply.

I agree that I definitely need to eat more. This alone could be a internal stressor that causes my mild acne and cold body temperature! (or so I've heard) I don't do well with bananas and have no interest in rice. I'm upping sweet potatoes to 2 cups mashed per meal with meat for my dinner.

Meat over here is about 7 for 500g of minced lamb or beef. All organic, grass fed no chemicals etc. I only eat minced meat because its cheaper and I don't care for fancy cuts anyway. Would 400g of wild salmon be too much per week? (I have about 20KG!) Eggs are 3 for 10 organic.

I love to eat fruit in the AM (I don't eat breakfast) so could I just scramble some eggs one side side of fruit or something like that? It's weird for me to not have meat with animal products/eggs.

I'm going to work on exercise. I don't have any weights or equipment like that so I'll continue to look for bodyweight movements. Other than badminton, I've never been a motivated exerciser and that needs to change.

I've tried baking soda and it dried out my skin. The only thing I can think of, topically is African black soap, but since acne is internal I don't really want to spend more money on lotions and creams to try and mask the problem. (within reason!) I've also looked into hormone tests but they cost around 170 and don't seem very trustworthy. I've already asked my Doc about this and he refused to have me tested. (even though he strongly believes diet has no affect on acne)

I'll keep any updates on this thread and I would highly appreciate any advice for my mild skin condition.

    Thank you!

THIS looks like fun :Beginner Calisthenics Workout (Full Body) - YouTube

No equipment at all either. Now, just to get out of my room and do these outside instead (when the sun comes out in England)

Ha, sorry, that quip was for Zach.

Hmm, regarding enzymes and HCL, I know it has helped you two (and many others), but why do you think it made my digestion worse? So bizarre.

Yes, baking soda dries skin but it also cleans better then anything. If you throw on some good lotion immediately after, your skin should not dry. Dry skin is also i sign of hypothyroid.

Eating fruit all morning and a big meat heavy meal in the evening is a fine way to eat. I gravitate to that as well since i feel so much better with just sugar in the AM. Im just saying you need to eat more so if you need a second meal of meat in the AM, go for it, eggs are fine too or just hard boil them and eat them heavily salted. As for the salmon, thats not even 1lb so yes thats more then fine each week, you could probably up that to 2lbs a week and be fine.

Whatevers clever. Im not a fan of cardio calisthenics, i much rather work on strength. I would like to see the same from you because i think you would benefit from it more, if you do that routine, slow it down a bit and try for the most resistance possible.

Figured it was. I can be known as the human garbage disposal at times. But yes, we all eat very well.

I still dont understand the discomfort you get from enzymes. It really is strange.

In youtube, what would this translate to LOL? I've no idea about exercise and the terms used with it. Youtube videos with no equipment works great for me, as long as it's the right movements.

    It's all pretty absurd.

Nstocks, I second baking soda as a cleanser / exfoliant. Moisturize with a dab of coconut or jojoba oil afterwards to take care of any dryness. Raw honey and tea trea oil might be soothing for your skin as well.

I tried Baking Soda (bicarbonate of soda in the UK!) and it didn't really 'do' anything... Do you leave it on like a mask? I have jojoba oil too so I'll try this.

I'm currently trying organic honey and yogurt mask which is moisturising.

It's just strange that it's mostly on one side of my face. (at this point in time) Jawline acne is apparently the hardest to get rid of too... They are really red and inflamed, not always with stuff inside them but they take months to go away.

Tried manuka honey. It stained my skin yellow and I looked like I had jaundice! I now just use a organic honey at 1/8 of the price of manuka...

Could Gelatin or cellulose be causing your discomfort at all? My Super enzymes contain both but I'm not sure about the other out there.

I dont understand the bold part.

Dont worry so much about terms and multiple exercises. Pushups, pullups, handstands, squats, leg raises are pretty much everything you need.

Lol, it means what would I type in youtube to obtain a video of somebody demonstrating this.

I'm actually working on hand stands... using the wall. Man, do I get a red face which is of course expected.
