Roasted and peeled sweet peppers with garlic in olive oil. Maybe some fresh mozzarella in there too.

Not sure how authentic this is but my favorite Italian place in town does walnut-stuffed mushrooms, and cold mussels dressed in artichoke/mascarpone spread.

Caprese salad. Slice of tomato with a slice of mozzarella on top plus a sprig of fresh basil. Then a grind of black pepper and a drizzle of olive oil over the whole platter.

Prosciutto, thinly sliced hard salami or pepperoni, giardiniera, roasted peppers, marinated artichoke hearts, fresh mozz, Parmesano Reggiano, Kalamata olives and some kind of small oily fish.
