You mentioned eating too much week 1 - what were your calories then, what did you adjust to?
What will you do when this month is over? Do you think you'll be able to maintain the fat loss? Will you just go back to eating primal or do you think you'll have to maintain some sort of "altered" eating to maintain the fat loss?
Enjoying reading these threads... they seem so tempting but I just can't imagine giving up vegetables
