Who says back fat is a bad thing? Maybe on a fat hairy guy at the beach, but not on a crab.
Supper: roasted sweet potato and steamed squash; iceberg lettuce.
Dessert: angel food cake, strawberries, raspberries, mango, a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Fasted through lunch. I wasn't hungry, and I figure I've been eating 2500 calories per day. Still trying to decide what to do about that. I ate supper a bit early to help digest it and maybe not keep me up so late.
Pate of 3 egg yolks, ribeye steak.
Perhaps something as simple as cutting back on the size of the steak or get a bigger steak and cut it in two would work. It would keep the macro ratios about the same.

Lunch: smaller steak and fewer egg yolks.
Supper: small piece of ribeye end, 4 fried egg yolks.

Big day tomorrow, different kind of steak!
For lunch today it's 9oz of tri-tip steak with 6 egg yolks, scrambled with water. A pat of butter can be seen melting on the eggs as the photo was taken.
Kudos on you for eating your yolks solo. I'm not sure I could do that - I love my crispy whites. I get that it's not exactly an option for you, but still. Kudos.
