Right now I am doing the Ten Sets of Hell bodyweight workout routine:

10 burpees
10 pushups
10 dips
10 pull ups
10 squats

That is one set. Nine more after that. The goal is to do all Ten Sets in under 20 minutes.

I was just wondering when do I know when to buy a weight vest? When I do buy the weight vest how much weight should I start with? 40 pounds? 50 pounds? I would like to buy a weight vest that adjusts to 100 pounds. If someone knows of a cheaper option than a weight vest please let me know. I have had to put working out to the side for right now. Taking care of my newborn son takes the most time of my day.

But now I need to workout again.

To give you an idea of where I am at right now. I am 5'7" tall and weigh 185 pounds. I am a skinny fat type of guy. My wife tells me I gained weight in my head and my stomach area. I have skinny forearms. I hate it.
