Question Phosphatidylserine (PS) from Sunflower Lecithin

    Primal Blueprint Expert Certification
I am looking to take PS as a supplement to lower cortisol levels. The first kind I bought was derived from soy and I didn't realize that. Then did some reading and saw that there is soy free versions that are derived from sunflower lecithin, but what I ended up ordering was straight sunflower lecithin. It says it's rich in Phosphatidyl Choline, Phosphatidyl Inositol, & Phosphatidyl Ethanolamine, but doesn't mention the Serine. So did I waste my money or will I get some the PS from the Lecithin anyway?

For 3 softgels I get 3,600mg lecithin....I want 400-800mg of PS. Anyone understand this stuff and can help me out?

    Thanks!
